Arbeidsgenot is the original farm of the Rossouw family and also the residence of the chairman of Mooigezicht Estates, Stephanus Rossouw. Arbeidsgenot consists of 25 hectares with a cultivar composition of Crimson Seedless, Flame Seedless, Alphonse, Prime Seedless, Regal Seedless, Sunred Seedless as well as the newly introduced Autumn Royal, Midnight Beauty, Desert and Starlight. The farms marketing window starts in week 51 with Prime Seedless and continues up to week 16 with the late Crimson. The farm unit is managed by Louis Bothma and Elmarie de Klerk.
