In 2016 we are replacing 21ha seedless grapes. As our production now consists of 100% seedless grapes, we have now reached the point where we are replacing seedless grapes with seedless grapes. By 2019 our vineyards will be 50% Crimson Seedless and the challenge currently facing us is finding a suitable, “new generation” alternative to Crimson Seedless.
Other than replacing existing vineyards, during the past year we have also planted 10ha of new vineyards on previously unplanted ground.
